Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

Unused, unworn, and in the same condition as when you received it.

In the original packaging with all tags intact.

Some items are not returnable, including:

Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers).

Customized or personalized items.

Intimate items such as lingerie, swimwear (for hygiene reasons).

Please make sure your item meets the eligibility criteria before sending it back to us.

Return Process
To initiate a return:

Please contact our Customer Service team with your order number and reason for return.

Once approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions for returning your item.

Important: You must ship your item within 7 days of receiving the return label.

Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure we receive your returned item. We are not responsible for returned merchandise lost in transit.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return.

If approved, we will process your refund and automatically transfer the funds to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Shipping charges for the original purchase are non-refundable unless the return was due to our error or the product was defective.
Delayed or lost refunds: If you have not received your refund, please contact your bank or credit card company. It may take some time for your refund to be officially credited to your account.

Exchanges
We only replace items that are defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item. If you need to exchange your product for an identical item, please contact us at [email protected] and we will arrange an exchange.

Non-returnable and final sale items
Sold items are non-refundable once sold.
Gift cards, downloadable software products, and health/personal care items are non-returnable.

Damaged or defective items
If you received a damaged or defective item, please notify us immediately upon receipt. We will arrange a replacement or refund for you at no additional charge.

International Returns
You are responsible for return shipping costs, including duties and taxes. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.
